QuickBooks is an accounting tool — it handles your books, but it doesn't manage jobs, proposals, change orders, or field operations. SCOPE is an end-to-end business management platform with a full accounting module built in, so you get job management and financial visibility in one place. Many customers use SCOPE instead of QuickBooks entirely; others run them alongside each other during a transition period.
ServiceTitan and Jobber are powerful tools built primarily for residential service businesses focused on scheduling and dispatch. SCOPE is built for companies that manage proposals, change orders, and project-based work — making it a stronger fit for contractors and commercial service companies. SCOPE is fully responsive and accessible from any mobile browser today. A dedicated native iOS and Android app is currently in development and will provide an enhanced field experience with offline support, photo capture, digital signatures, and push notifications.
A dedicated Client Portal is currently in development. It will allow your clients to log in, view active proposals, approve change orders, check job status, and download invoices — without needing to contact your office. This feature is expected to be available in an upcoming release.
SCOPE includes a full accounting engine — P&L reporting, invoices, bills, bank reconciliation, tax tracking, chart of accounts, and journal entries. For many businesses, SCOPE can fully replace a separate accounting tool. If you're deeply integrated with QuickBooks, a sync integration is on our roadmap to give you the flexibility to use both.

Access is protected by secure authentication and brute-force login protection. Role-based permissions ensure that each team member only sees the data relevant to their role.
You do — always. Your customer records, job data, financial history, and documents belong to your business. SolutionMonsters does not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than operating and improving your platform.
